He delivers value to corporate clients via business asset protection; succession planning; key employee and executive benefits for SMEs; and wealth management strategies for entrepreneur led businesses. His degree in Applied Science, clinical research background and membership of IEEE gives him an exceptional understanding of businesses that have a technology, e-commerce or social enterprise focus. Ronald is a member of the Westminster Wealth Management Investment Committee specialising Japan, the Far East, Emerging and Frontier Markets.

Ronald lives in Brighton with his wife, Luise and their young son and daughter. Ronald's passions include globetrotting, skiing, goshin jitsu, poetry, oriental literature, modern art, supporting Liverpool Football Club and languages - he is slowly learning German. He is active in the Clerkenwell community as a School Governor, and is a Director and Trustee of Brighton & Hove Community Voluntary Sector Forum.
