Originally reading and completing a degree in Geology and Petroleum Geology at the University of Aberdeen, I started a career in the Oil & Gas Industry as Geophysical Analyst before realigning to Financial Planning by completing my professional exams.

I have always enjoyed meeting new people and building strong relationships with my clients. My ability to take technical data, distil this down where needed and speak back to a client in their own language has been an invaluable skill throughout my career. Ultimately helping those clients make informed decision about their own financial goals.

The most rewarding part is seeing the real-world impact that my work has on the lives of my clients and their families. The satisfaction from seeing this is the reason I love my job.

I assist entrepreneurs, families, and small business proprietors in organizing for sustained efficiency and mitigating business risks. My focus extends to optimizing tax efficiency in investment structuring and guiding clients toward prudent pension investments. Whether consolidating, adjusting, or maintaining assets, I collaborate with clients daily to ensure long-term benefits and security for you and your family.

My goal is to be that trusted point of reference for my clients. Working together through a strong relationship built on trust for years to come.

Outside of work, I enjoy exercise and keeping in shape. Having recently taken up Brazilian Jujitsu.

My reason ‘Why’ drives me in all my interactions. I am based between London and Edinburgh, where I am married to my wife Jennifer and look after our Spanish Water Dog ‘Hugo.’
