Mark has a BSc in Geography, specialising in Physical Geography.

Mark has c20 years of experience in the financial planning industry, having started out at Liverpool Victoria, and subsequently spent c15 years at Saunderson House, where he became Chartered in 2010 and was an Associate Director, before moving to Westminster Wealth Management.

Mark has extensive experience in looking after City professionals, including Accountants, Lawyers and Barristers, other successful individuals and of course their families.

After establishing whether financial protection is required, Mark’s focus is on maximising capital accumulation within a client’s risk tolerances and with consideration of their time horizon, making sure all available tax allowances are utilised.  His Chartered financial planning approach is centred around long-term relationships with his clients and the provision of a high level of personal service in devising and revisiting financial planning strategies. He favours using cashflow forecasting to inform decisions around planning for retirement, sustainable withdrawals, gifting and inheritance planning strategies.

Outside of work Mark enjoyed playing rugby in years gone by and now coaches his son’s football and rugby teams. He also loves travelling and spending lots of time with his wife Hayley and their three young sons.
